Eating On Vacation + Chest & Arms Workout

EP 13 - WHAT I EAT WHEN I’M AWAY FROM HOME

I try to eat relatively healthy when I’m on vacation or camping, but I also like to treat myself to food I don’t normally eat. In this episode, I show what I buy when getting ready for a trip. There’s fun food, plus good items that keep my nutrition in a good place.

The workout in this video focuses on chest and arms. It incorporates my new training method which I’ve dubbed “free flow workouts”. I have been using these workouts a few times a week and loving the way they feel. Free Flow Workouts focus on mind muscle connection and getting a good pump over strength training. They also lean away from being tied to my training journal and are made up on the fly as I go through the workout.


I have been training for 3 years and bulking for 2 years. On my way to the goal of 225 lbs at 5 years, I'm sharing my experience with bodybuilding. This journey has changed my life in so many positive ways and I hope to inspire others to put their goals into action.

My bulking progress:
2017 Start - 134 lbs
End of 2017 - 156 lbs
End of 2018 - 182 lbs
End of 2020 Goal - 225 lbs
