Ep.9 - Halfway through the bulk! Weigh in progress, mind muscle connection training, and physique update.

6 weeks into this bulk with 6 weeks to go! This episode focuses on the new training methods that I will be incorporating over the remainder of this bulk. I have found a bit of a clash when it comes to strength training goals and my physique goals. In the video, I discuss how to incorporate muscle contraction and why it is essential to building muscle size and fullness.

Also included are some isolation exercises that are great for improving mind muscle connection to the lats. This helps build a wider back.

The video wraps up with a physique check in and comparison to when I started this bulk.


I have been training for 3 years and bulking for 2 years. On my way to the goal of 225 lbs at 5 years, I'm sharing my experience with bodybuilding. This journey has changed my life in so many positive ways and I hope to inspire others to put their goals into action.

2017 Start - 134 lbs
End of 2017 - 156 lbs
End of 2018 - 182 lbs
End of 2020 Goal - 225 lbs
